Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel
You may cancel your BlissfulBeing subscription at any time through either of the following methods:
- In-App: Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription within the BlissfulBeing mobile application.
- By Email: Send a cancellation request to iamblissfulbeing@gmail.com from your registered email address, stating your full name and registered mobile number.
Once your cancellation request is received and confirmed, you will receive a written acknowledgement at your registered email address.
Effect of Cancellation
Access After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your account will revert to a restricted (non-subscribed) state. This means:
- Access to premium learning content, word exercises, and interactive modules will be suspended.
Reactivation
You may reactivate your subscription at any time by subscribing to a plan on the Platform.
Cancellation by BlissfulBeing
BlissfulBeing reserves the right to cancel or suspend your subscription and account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of the Terms and Conditions or this Policy
- Providing false or fraudulent registration information
- Non-payment or failed payment transactions
- Misuse of the Platform in any manner that harms other users or the integrity of the service
In cases of cancellation by BlissfulBeing due to violations, no refund will be provided. In cases of cancellation due to technical or service-related reasons attributable to BlissfulBeing, a proportionate credit or resolution will be offered at our discretion.
